We needed another mystery. This one has to do with the little space out back. I’ve made it into a thicket planted with native plants, with a dripper and a bird bath.
It’s meant to attract native species. I guess it did.
It attracted something that dug a hole in the ground overnight. A really big hole!
A person could easily reach an arm in there.
But not this person.
I’m not sticking my arm in there! But there’s our mystery. What digs a hole like that? That’s not a gopher hole. It’s big enough to be a badger hole.
