About football. Blocking, tackling, sacking, holding, interference, roughing, unnecessary roughness, encroachment, illegal hands to the face. Players punishing players. It’s a rough sport. But “Illegal Touching“? A player goes out of bounds and is the first one to touch the ball when they get back onto the playing field. They can’t come up with a better way to call that particular foul than Illegal Touching? That sounds more like maybe a chess player accidentally tapped the other player’s rook. C’mon football. Let’s step up our naming game.

It’s a lot like a robin, same size, same shape. Acts the same, but a southern cousin. The robin is all over North America, but rarely as far south as we are. The clay colored thrush ranges from the southern tip of Texas to the northern tip of South America.
