They used to always be awful. Now, sometimes in parks, they are nice block buildings with flush toilets and a hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall by the door. Judy and I were out on a walk and stopped to use one. She pressed the hand sanitizer dispenser on the way out and found that it was empty; all used up. In a moment of clarity, she opened the door to the men’s side and checked the hand sanitizer dispenser. Yes. There was plenty. Go figure.
